The work process for co-creation among the partners of the WBL Guide for employers in the CCIs has successfully concluded.
The Guide is intended primarily for employers in micro-enterprises – SMEs and freelancers in the CCIs, everyone’s who would like to engage in Work-Based Learning and for all those interested in the topic. It is a practical guide providing basic information about integrating Work-Based Learning in Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). Work-Based Learning is an educational strategy that provides learners with an authentic work experience that takes place in a work environment.
The Guide provides employers with information on the general concepts of WBL; why WBL is relevant to the creative and cultural sector; and support to exploit the benefits and opportunities of WBL in CCI; how to plan a successful WBL in CCI (from theory to practice) and finally best practices from the sector. The Guide was developed as an intellectual output of the international project “Learn2 Create -promoting work-based Learning Europe’s Cultural and Creative Industries“, implemented through the ERASMUS+ programme with a partnership representing Italy, Poland, Greece, Spain, Slovakia and the UK.
The partners have created a Summary version in addition to the extended version, in all partner languages, to ensure a general overview of the contents of each chapter and thus facilitate the use by companies that can still deepen the issues in the extended version downloadable from the project platform.
